    RQF on Aluminum Machining

Hello, this is my first post. I'm interested in having a product machined in aluminum. I have the design of a product that was originally made out of acrylic or lexan sheet. I would like the product made from aluminum. I have .dcd and .dwg files. My specifics are that the base is made from 1/2 inch aluminum and that the wheels extend approx. 1/4 inch through the base. The wheel mount can either be a thick disc with the axle bolt through it, or a thinner disk and the wheel mounted on brackets. Perhaps looking at the plans would be helpful. The .jpg was added to illustrate anothe wheel mounting option. The wheels that I will be using are 66.5mm in length.

    Thanks

    Gareth

    Hi,

I'm interested in quoting this for you but I'm not clear on which parts you would like me to make.

    Please give me a call.
