Would anyone be interested in machining my gantry parts? There will be two parts a right and left. They will be mirror images of each other. I will provide the material. The two parts measure 1" X 6" X 15.25 6061 T6 aluminum plate. The pieces need to be machined flat to thickness. The material is .020" over size thickness now. Else where the material is .250 oversize. The only real critical part of the piece is the size and location of the counter bore for the bearing.(See the arrow.) This is for a 30mm Dia. 14mm thick bearing. PM me if you are interested. I will send you DWG or DXF files.
