VAcuum Forming

I would like to get a quote on vacuum forming some parts I can fax over some drawings to whomever is interested...

A basic description is:

A pc. 4" x 4" x 1" tall thin wall. It is going to have about 25 1/4 x .375 dp bores. Not really bores but cup-like shapes in it.

I dont have a clue what kind of quantity you need to justify setup and molds so fill me in here.

What is a minimum charge, number of pcs.,ect......

I would maybe start with 1000 pcs. and who knows from there.

We would be very interested in looking at your thermoforming project. We thermoform parts as small as a 3" diameter cup to as large as a 84" long cover. Our fax number is 330-633-9926.
