RFQ mill and lathe work

i have 3 jobs that require a hardened material such as 4140 heat treat. i am not a metallurgist so i am new to steels and there variety,feel free to make suggestions.

part 1 .750 round button .175 thick.........36 pieces

part 2 .760 round button .175 thick .........24 pieces

part 3 arm .1875 thick,.882 wide,1.270 length ,..........36 pieces.

will provide solid files.

attached is a solid model mastercam x2 of each item

repeatable job needed ASAP (yesterday) will allow adequate ETD on future orders.

Hello,

At what rockwell do you require these parts to be? Do you require them to be ground or hardmilled?

a milled finish is fine,these items are used in a centrifucal clutch setup so i would assume something close to tool steel or similiar.

i dont know much about Rockwell measurements but the piece i have in my hand a deburring tool will not scratch it.
