I would like to get quotes on a jig plate. I would need 2 pcs made out of precision ground tool and jig plate, alumnium, 1" thick mic6 or equivalent. Outside finished dimension is 29 1/4" X 41 3/8. | +/- .005 on hole locations, +0.00/-.015 on the .281 thru hole, +/- .005 on 31/64 hole, +/- .015 on rectangular cutouts, +/- .010 on outside(Can be a clean saw cut if held within +/- .010 . Anything I missed go with +/- .005. I don't like the way they didn't tolerance this print. |
