Hi. I am looking for a quote on creating the attached drawing. If possible I would like a 4 pieces quote and a 8 pieces quote (they are to be used in a hobby project). The material used will be 6061 Aluminum (supplied by you). All sizes are measured using mm. The size of the space between the cooling fins are 1mm, if that is to small I can also accept a 2mm space. | Machining that part, though simple, would be expensive. Have you looked for a standard off the shelf heat sink that could be substituted? Heat sinks are typically extruded in large quantities, that keeps the cost down. |
