Need A Quote- spacers for project

I need a quote on these simple parts. about 90mm in diameter, see drawing.

19mm thick, mild steel.

What are the tolerances? Do the sharp corners in the ID of the part really need to be sharp? (Hint, if you want prices under $200/ea, those sharp corners need to be radiused)

you will need to find a shop with an EDM or raidus the intersect points of the 8.33mm raidus OD and ID and how about a parallel call out ?

What's a parallel call out?

Which corners are you referring to?

Basically the part is going to go between the cv joint and the stub axle in a project car.

parallel from one face to the other attached is a dwg file with a 1/4 Emill trying to cut the corners zoom in to see how a 1/4 Emill will leave a 1/8 inch raidus

why not waterjet they get pretty accurate with good operator

Waterjet would work, I think.

waterjet or edm,waterjet would be best,edm will take more time, but if you dont have clearance problems the strongest way would be to put a raidus in and have them milled on a 5 axis lathe
