no drawing but shouldnt be needed.

37 tooth 5/8 pitch sprocket, is approx 7.8" dia. ideal thickness .275" but .250"-.290" acceptable. desired accuracy +/-.004". material abrasion resistant plate, competing with a commercial product that is induction hardened in the tooth area to Rc 30, wanting to avoid the heat treat process. other material suggestions considered. hot rolled finish on the plate ok but no yard stuff that is rusted. 2 styles, 1 with 2.25" ctr hole, other with 4.5" ctr hole. both with 1/2" dia 5 hole bolt pattern, different bolt circles. no radius or chamfer needed on the tooth od, i can handle that here. initial buy 10/10, if this is sucessful, secondary buy of 50/50 or even 100/100 is likely within a year.

here is a pic of one i cnc milled, polished for a show bike.

the item i am interested in would have the tooth configuration around the periphery, the center hole, and the 5 mounting holes only. cad would be provided in dxf format in the event of a purchase.
