Small G-10 job in Canada RFQ

I require several parts cut from 1/16" G-10 sheet. This would be ongoing, but limited quantities. Prefer someone in Canada to ease shipping woes.

Shipping prices within Canada to YOUR location will be pricey as well.
Ideally you should source a laser cutter in Northern AB.
Water jet is really good too but not as common a machine to find.
Plasma won't cut the stuff and a mill is not economical for thin sheet.

Doesn't NAFTA make shipping easy? How big are the parts?

    Absolutely not.

There are also new State tax laws, that if enforced will cause us (anyone) to have to claim income tax for every State sold to, or so my accountant says.

Honestly, my experience with Canada Customs has been discouraging. It is hit and miss, sometimes things come through quickly with no issues, other times they take weeks and come with additional customs charges. Keeping it north of the border is possible, I am sure and significantly more predictable WRT shipping.
Had forgotten about water jet, good idea I will look it up.

Thin G-10 is easily punched also, as long as the edge finish is not critical and the shape is not too intricate. Have often punched G-10 parts in 3'x4' blanks.
