Hello, I have been watching in the wings for a while now, and am very impressed with the collective knowledge. I need 60 fiberglass "washers" made (close description, though a it more complex), somewhere close to 1/8" thick. Is there anyone interested in quoting these parts? Thanks. |

Yes, the quote is still open. I have not received any yet, though numerous questions. I will attempt to remedy the lack of information in this reply. 1) The material is stated only as "fiberglass", prefer a weave (not random mat) there are no other constraints. 2) Tolerances are fairly wide open. The only two critical dimensions are the OD (+.000"/-.010"), and the small holes (+/-.002"). Otherwise, the tolerance on the depth of the "channel" is +/-.015", the ID of the hole through the middle is .250" +.020/-.005" The material thickness is .125" +/-.015" Did I leave any out? Thanks for all your questions. |
