RFQ - for water jet work

I have some - plastic covered, enamel coated, brass plated, steal - That I need some ovals cut out of. The ovals will be about 1.5" tall by 3.75" wide and I need about 200 of these. The sheats are 1' x 2' x .040" and I will supply. I asume the sheets could be stacked and cut. I will also need the DXF of the oval that is cut - Not the nested file, just of one oval so I can cut a subplate to match the profile.
I am located in the Texas panhandle.

Yes, I really do. I'm down to a 4 week time frame now and if this will work I still have to make a jig and do the engraving to the plates after there cut. I've been trying to figure out a way to cut these on a mill (all I have) but I believe a water jet would make a nicer plate (less deburing) and be much quicker to do.
