I have just purchased a manual CMM, so I can now offer contract inspection services and reverse engineering of small to mid sized parts. The measuring envelope of the CMM is 20in. X 16in. X 12in.
The accuracy of this machine is .0002 linear (per axis) .

My shop rate is $65/HR to measure and make a solid model from your existing part. Contract inspection will have the same rate, and will include a excell based inspection report.
