To all interested: I invite you to make up a small sample (6 x 6 or so will do) of the 1/4" plastic material you have in mind routed/cut with a closely similiar pattern - cut/machined with down to 1/8" wide material left between cutouts/holes. Here's another close up of part showing cutout pattern - better specs will be furnished later. Send to: C/O Box 746 Evart, MI 49631 Last edited by 43220; 04-02-2008 at 07:46 AM. |

| You have not mentioned the quantity you are looking for. I think you will be hard pressed to find anyone to spend/waste the time on providing you a sample if you only need 1 or 2 of these. Its not fair to have a bunch of people quoting work when you don't tell them all the specs. my $.02 worth Matt |

| Oh, probably looking for about 8-12 pcs for starters. It's allright if I just get samples of the material w/o any cutouts - I'll do that myself manually (drill press or router) to evaluate suitability. Sup to youse. |
