RFQ - Aluminum Panel

Hey Guys,

Looking for the following panel to be machined from 6061, 4mm (even 1/8" is ok) thick:

Just looking for one piece with chamfered edges on one side, pretty simple job. Can anyone help? Thanks for your time!

Good afternoon Eddie,

We can do this part for you. We have .125 6061 T-6 on hand, so there would be a quick turn-around (1 week). Including programming, set-up, run-time (milling), and material (with certs if needed); we can do this part for $115.00.

If you don't need a milled quality edge, we can do this part on our plasma for $75.00.

We are slow right now, and looking for work. We can make the part on a Kuhlmann CNC within .001" tolerance for $50, plus shipping. Where are you located?
