For that job description you might want to raise the rate of pay. I have been doing this in the cnc medical field for over 15 years and you have just described a cnc programer engineering job? If you are looking for operators you may want to change the description alot. Most operators wont even look at that position because of the description. What state are you hiring for? I'm not looking for a job, just curious to what state it in.

Highspeedmazak I would have to agree with you. Job description should be changed. If not, pay should prob be raised. I myself am not looking either but it would probably be a good idea to post the location the opening(s) are. Our country is pretty big. Good luck though Melissa in finding an employee.

Melissa, Indiana isnt that where Zimmer is? maybe you can get one of their through backs, or as we say it(a person whom after talking to them you can figure out that they must be 145 years old) Indiana pays much better then what you are offering for that position, you should call them back and revamp the deal if you want to ever fill that position. I hope you the best of luck, you have a hard task ahead of you.
