| Thanks for the info I'am already having a heck of a time trying to find someone for this position. Its hard to get these companies to raise the pay scale for these guys. I feel bad because alot of them have been in the manufacturing field for so long and they are only willing to pay them so much money. I will talk to my client and see what they have to say.
