Please quote these pieces in lots of:

50 sets, and 100 sets

Material: 1018, or 1040, or 1045 (your choice)

Please break out lathe, and mill work, as I may do the mill work (drill and tap)

1/4-20 holes shall be chamfered 45deg .26" dia

1/4" thru holes shall be debured.

1/4-18 NPT shall have a min chamfer of .01"

The finish shall be smooth, and burr free.

Shipping to Edmonton AB (dock), and Ft. Nelson BC (dock)

1 sample must be shipped with in 5 working days of the job being awarded to Ft. Nelson BC, and a tracking number provided. Once the parts pass inspection, the order will happen with in 5 working days. Once the production order is placed it should ship with in 10 working days.

I look forward to getting this production run done as my prototypes have passed testing, and I am ready to go to market.

Looks like it can be a good job but you will need to break the dimension lines off the part in the print so I can tell where the part ends and the dimension lines start .

I layered the dimension lines in the print, just turn them off and on as needed.
