Square nut, 1/2-13, 6000 per year I have a need for a simple nut; 5/8" square 12L14 stock, 1" long, with 1/2-13 tap through. 9/16" dia x 90 degree cham on one end. No sharp edges or burrs. I've used about 500/month for the last 6 years. Don

Here is more info on this RFQ Thanks to all who have responded; I'm currently making these myself, they go into an assembly I sell to my customer. Time is not a huge issue, in general I would like to get them within 3-4 weeks of an order. Please quote them in 1000 pc quantities. Plan on shipping UPS to near Cincinnati. I think 1000 of them will weigh about 60-65 lbs. You are to supply material. I currently pay about $0.16 each for material ($20 for a 12 ft bar). The chamfer one one end of the threaded hole should be .530 to .590 dia. A slight breakout burr is permissable on the other end. I have a couple of prices under $1, so that is a target. Thanks, Don

Jerrel: You assume too much. You must do a huge business with your attitude and spelling skills.
