RFQ for steel parts

Looking to find a supplier for the attached parts. I'll need to get 30 prototypes of each for validation testing prior to production orders. Production quantities will be 1000/part. 5-6 orders per year. Please let me know price and delivery for both the 30 prototypes and the 1000 part orders. If you're not interested, or don't have the capability to do the heat treating and grinding, but would still like to provide machined parts, let me know. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you.

Sorry, attachments won't work for some reason. I'll try again in the AM.

Some people have said that the drawings were fuzzy. Please make sure that when you click on the attachments, open them up to the regular size. After you click on the drawing and it comes up in the viewer, click on it again, put your cursor on the print and a box with arrows in the lower right hand corner of your screen will pop up, hit it if the drawing is not expanded. That should make it enlarged to the proper size so it could be viewed clearly. If you still have a problem, PM me and I'll send you the individual files.

Also, for some reason I screwed up my phone number by accident (brainfart). The right one is below.
Thanks.

Going on 10 days without a quote yet. I've had a lot of interest but no quotes. Anyone seriously interested? Anyone interested in making blanks for me? I'll get them heat treated and ground. Let me know. Thanks.

RFQ

Dear Rob,

I left you a message. I have a couple questions regarding the parts. We can definitely make them. Three of the prints are calling for heat treat, is this an oversight or does the collar also need heat treated? Is the .0004r in the corner of the groove absolutely necessary on the pivot shaft or is functionality the main concern (tool wear could take up all this tolerance)? The radius on the socket fin is that truly offset from the centerline, having a hard time making out this print. Please call or respond so I can give you an accurate quote.

Sincerely,

Micah J. Hilditch

Micah,
Thanks for catching the groove radii mistake. The number should be .1mm Max, instead of .01mm Max. The collar print is correct, it does not need a HT. The other 3 components do need HT.
