Job Title: Applications Engineer
Department: Sales and Marketing
Reports To: Engineered Products Sales Manager
Location: Warrenvile, IL

Our client is an innovative, industry leader with proprietary products in
metal and alloy shapes used in aerospace, petrochemical as well as
numerous applications.

· Ideal Candidate will live close to an airport and available for 50-
75% travel throughout Midwest states
· Bachelor’s degree from a 4-yr university or college preferably in
a technical discipline or equivalent technical sales experience
· Experience in dealing with OEM’s involved in manufacturing
components and products from metals
· Create and maintain OEM client relationships
· Ability to develop and implement sales strategy
· Base pay with generous bonus in accordance with meeting sales goals
· Good working knowledge of manufacturing processes and techniques
particularly as it relates to machining
· Ability to understand and communicate technical information
· Responsible for coordinating with a variety of functional areas
(engineering, inside sales, etc.)
· Expect to be subject matter expert for all assigned market
segments and products
