| My guess would be Michigan. By far the most tool and die makers and companies involved with machining. So I would assume CNC shops also.

| I'd agree with Michigan from what I've heard and seen... Why though? There are some just about everywhere in one form or another...

| I know back in 2000 before the stock market crash of 2001, there was a place in Santa Clara, Ca. where they converted a mini storage into mini shops!! You could drive down each isle & look inside the roll up doors and see a CNC in every place! Easily 500 shops all in one spot.... It was funny if you timed it right at lunch time, you could watch guys rolling out their tool boxes out of one unit and down the isle to another shop! They called it the lunch hour tool box suffle!!!lol |
