RFQ little milling job

I just need a couple of mounts making for a mini-lathe cnc conversion from the plans supplied by J Fettig on his website http://www.jfettigmachines.com/lathekit.html

I don't have access to a mill to make them up for myself and I don't think he's supplying the kits anymore? I have emailed him, I belive he posts on here, but no response.

I'm in the UK but I don't suppose it would be a big deal sending it from the US. I'm in no rush.

I can source the screws and turn the couplings myself, I just need the milling done thanks.

Jep! Sure is a real bummer though!! I would like to think that we are living in a better world than that. I thought I was helping someone out by practically doing the Job for noting. Oh well, no big deal maybe I will sell them on eBay.
