I need a quote on qty:5 ea. and qty: 10 ea. of the following aluminum disks.
Diameter: Thickness:
4" 1/2"
4.5: 1/2"
5" 5/8"
5.5" 5/8"
6" 5/8"
6.5" 5/8"
7" 3/4"
7.5" 3/4"
8" 1"
8.5" 1"
9" 1"

I'd like each disk to have a hole marking the center that is 1/4" or smaller.
Tolerance on each disk diameter is +/- 0.125"
Tolerance on each disk thickness is +/- 0.125" but should be uniform in thickness.
Tolerance on wedge is +/- 0.05"

Using cheap aluminum is fine, the tooling plate from http://www.sandsmachine.com/alumweb.htm would be fine.
