Looking to have (QTY 150 to 300) 1/16" thick parts made every month or two out of G10/FR4 and Carbon fiber double sided composite. The parts are small about 1 inch to 9 inches. Different shapes and sizes. Only 1 router size needed for the whole job. I can supply the materials in any size if needed. I also can supply DXF or Cam files. Also can modify code for your machine. I'm thinking that a pre-cut vaccume table fixture would be the only way to go on this, so the parts come out right. Need a well toleranced machined under +-.004" Please PM or email me with your information and phone number. |
