| The body details are a little confusing with all the other "stuff" in there. Would you kindly make some "shop drawings" with tolerances and email them to me along with your business info. By complete fixture, do you mean the parts for it or assembled as well? Am I to assume you you will be buying these in batches of 100? Thanks

Sorry guy's I will post a picture of the finished unit . Tolrences are +- .010 except for the oring slot +- .002 This is a turned part with 6-32 tapped holes on either end . the grooves are for heat dissapation . I build these now for my customer and this was the drawing that was supplied to me . Really I am only interested in the body being turned with oring grooves and the grooves that can be turned on a turning centre . Currently I am making them on my machining centre and am interested in jobbing some of the work out for faster delivery times . The parts would be ordered by the 100 . With the possibility of larger orders later , but I will cross that bridge when I come to it . |

| Picture won't really help. What do you mean by "1/2" conduit entry NPT"? What needs done with the purple thing in the middle "2x mounting plate 1/4-20"?

| Derek, sorry to say these are the same issues i had while trying to read your print. the overall assembly print is very confusing with no tolerances. each peice should have its own print completed. also an assembly drawing with torque specs for the screws should be given as well if you want a final assembly priced. btw does this need to be anodized? any of the screws need loctite? thanks Jerry |

| Where in Canada are you located. Depending on where you are located will have an affect on who you choose to manufacture these parts. Our shop is located in Calgary and if you are anywhere near here I am sure that we may be able to help you. Also you will find differences in quotes but dont forget shipping charges that may affect your budget. Cheers. I noticed that it looks like you are in Ontario. I am sure there is a lot of shops out there, however if we can be of service, just let me know. |

Ok here is a picture it should be worth something I only want the body turned with the grooves for cooling . I will mill in the middle grooves and deal with all the tapped holes . Forget quoting the unit complete . I am in mideastern Ontario Canada for those who are curious . |
