Programmer / setup guy

I'm looking for a Mastercam programmer in western Washington. We are a small very well diversified growing shop. American Machinist named us one of the top ten shops in america last year.
We have five machines. Three mills with full fourth axis and two bar fed turning centers. We will be buying three machines next year. A live tooled twin spindle lathe, a 500mm Horizontal and a 5 axis vertical.
We have two seats of Mastercam and one of Gibbs. Two seats of Solidworks 2008.
We are servicing the aerosapce, medical, marine, commercial, motorsport, archetictural and electronic markets. 85% of our work comed from 15 to 20 customers. 95% of our customers are repeat customers.
We offer medical, 401k, Profit Sharing and flex hours. We are a very small tight knit shop of 7 employees. Salary is $25 to $40 per hour based on experience and performance
