RFQ for Aluminum parts

I need an RFQ for 2 sets of parts I have them already coded can post for most any controller.

This is the output for the set files. The Material is 6061 as stated in the code and the run time should be very close to accurate.

( PART NAME=.375brackets )
( PROGRAM NUMBER=0001 )
( MACHINE=LAGUNAMATIC )
( CONTROLLER=FANUC OM )
( MATERIAL= 6061 T6 )
( THICKNESS=1. )
( ESTIMATED MACHINE TIME=0 HRS. 15 MIN. 32 SEC. )
( STATION TOOL TYPE DIAMETER CORNER RADIUS DESCRIPTION )
( ------- --------- -------- ------------- -------------------- )
( 001 CENTER DRILL 00.250 #3 60 DEG CENTERDRILL)
( 002 DRILL 00.441 11.2MM JOBBER DRILL)
( 003 DRILL 00.453 29/64 JOBBER DRILL)
( 004 DRILL 00.413 10.5MM JOBBER DRILL)
( 005 DRILL 00.280 7.1MM JOBBER DRILL)
( 006 DRILL 00.313 5/16 COBALT DRILL)
( 007 DRILL 00.386 W JOBBER DRILL)
( 008 TAP 00.375 3/8-16 UNC TAP)
( 009 TAP 00.500 1/2-20 UNF TAP)
( 010 TAP 00.315 8.0X1.0 MM TAP)
( 012 ENDMILL 00.187 3/16 4 FLUTE HSS EM None )
( 013 ENDMILL 00.125 1/8 4 FLUTE HSS EM None )
( 011 ENDMILL 00.250 1/4 4 FLUTE HSS EM None )
( 014 ENDMILL 00.500 1/2 4 FLUTE HSS EM None )
( 015 ENDMILL 00.375 3/8 4 FLUTE HSS EM None )

( PART NAME=.250brackets )
( PROGRAM NUMBER=0001 )
( MACHINE=LAGUNAMATIC )
( CONTROLLER=FANUC OM )
( MATERIAL= 6061 T6)
( THICKNESS=1. )
( ESTIMATED MACHINE TIME=0 HRS. 3 MIN. 7 SEC. )
( STATION TOOL TYPE DIAMETER CORNER RADIUS DESCRIPTION )
( ------- --------- -------- ------------- -------------------- )
( 001 CENTER DRILL 00.250 #3 60 DEG CENTERDRILL)
( 017 DRILL 00.354 9.0MM JOBBER DRILL)
( 018 DRILL 00.748 19.0MM JOBBER DRILL)
( 019 DRILL 00.375 3/8 JOBBER DRILL)
( 020 DRILL 00.413 Z JOBBER DRILL)
( 013 ENDMILL 00.125 1/8 4 FLUTE HSS EM None )
( 016 ENDMILL 00.218 7/32 4 FLUTE CRB EM None )
( 014 ENDMILL 00.500 1/2 4 FLUTE HSS EM None )

The absolute minimum required material is 7.25inX5inX.25in and 13in X 5.75in X .375in

The code only requires 2 and half axis machines and the clamping should be simple. I can adjust anything in the code that you need as far as axis preferred and allowing for CNC offset. Looking for quantity one for now. Just looking into the prototypes and then as soon as everything checks out I'll introduce them to the market and probably order in quantity fives.

I have a ton more work! This is just for starters. I have atleast 10 more parts ready to go, but starting small. Thanks for looking letme know if you need anything else.

Can you post an image or data file of the actual part?

I tried to upload a .rar that had more information in it but the site doesn't allow .rar uploads. These dxf's should cover it. Its just a solid model export into 2d and then some basic measurements of overall size. The reason I personally coded the file and set it up is because it runs a sheet of parts not just one. All my .375 in parts are made at once and the .250 in parts are made at once and then i programmed the tools so that you set the crib up once and they use the same databank of tools. Feel free to recode, but its no simple job, lots of tight and multilevel pockets and alot of features period. I Counted 28 distinct features in the .375 file and many of these individual features are patterned upto 8 more times. I've been coding for almost 3 years and it still took a couple hours.

If you need more info letme know.
