CNC Milled / drilled logo on wood

I need a "W" drilled out on wood pieces. The wood is about 3/8" thick. Here is the specs and picture

    15 piece run
Wood is roughly 9 x 9 and the "W" needs to be centered on the wood and the "W" need to be 4 x 4 inches.
Drilled holes 1/32" in diameter. Apply tape on the bottom side to prevent splinters. I will supply the wood and you mail back the wood when completed....
See picture of how the "W" is suppose to look like...
I would like to see a picture of prototype on scrape wood before running production.

    Thanks

    Wood

Wood is cheap soft stuff and about 3/8" thick. I can change the drill diameter to 1/16" if that helps....

    Holes per inch

This is only a company logo so there is no specs on holes per inch. Just make it look good. That's why I ask for a picture of a prototype run before running the production pieces.....

    Thanks

    James,
I Could do this with my Rotary Engraver, my concern would be that 1/32 holes would not show up that well

I could also do this with my laser engraver not have to go all the way thru the wood and I would just burn dots instead of drilling holes

either way $3:00 a Piece and you pay shipping both ways
