Brian,
Sorry about the last post, I hit the wrong key and it sent.
Looks like a complex part I have done similar parts, I am not sure of the sizes or the tolerances ,
But had them done as an SLA (stereolithagraphy)
then cast out of aluminum. If it can be plastic or urethane it can be RTV cast very simply total time less than a week to have a couple of prototypes done.

There are cast versions of this particular type of frame. But I would prefer that its not cast. Thanks for you interest.
Brian
we need models/dimensions before we can even estimate this type of piece
You may as well just post the CAD files, it's much easier to give you a quote. (Yes, that's me requesting them, too.) Also, you'll have to decide what material you want it made from. That plays a LARGE role in determining price.
My name is Electric Nachos. Sorry to impose, but I am the ocean.

(Note: The opinions expressed in this post are my own and are not necessarily those of CNCzone and its management)
The frames are to be made out of 6061 aluminum. As there are a number of people interested in making the frame I would prefer to see some refrences and or demonstrations of your abilty, before sending CAD files.
