I need an advice to find a factory of CNC machining services ISO/TS 16949 certified

I would request a quote for little shafts and pulleys CNC machined for the automotive sector.
Location: East Coast or maximum South Coast of USA.
The quantities are quite big:

4,578,398 little shafts/year
976,076 little pulleys
