Job description:

Specific Job Description Polish various types of micro-optical to maxi optical elements to specified optical specifications. Rough and finish grind all types of optical elements. Sets up and operated vacuum coating equipment to perform a wide variety of coating processes, sets up and operates a wide variety of CNC machines to cut and shape blanks for optical elements. Diamond Turns (CNC all types of optical elements and optical mounting surfaces to specified requirements. Need to be able to pass the Pre Employment Physical exam. Minimum high school education or equivalent desirable. Should possess the ability to be granted a secret clearance.

Diamond turns optical elements, Diamond turns mounting surface, Rough and finish grind, CNC/conventional, polish micro-optical, maxi optical elements, Operate CNC and manual, vacuum coating equipment
Desired Skills:
Prior optical fab and coating

Desired skills: AS degree in Optics, math skills
