Aerotek is a staffing company,as i have found out by looking for a machinist/programmer position in the charlotte area.

they run numerous adds in the newspaper listing job positions in order to get you to submit a resume for them to keep on file.

interestingly enough these job listings keep recurring month after month after month, and i get no call for interviews.

i dont hold very much trust in this company.

they are waiting to sell you to a company who may one day be looking for an employee and they will step in instantly with many qualified candidates, however 8 months later you may not be available.
