Can anyone please provide quotes for the attached file? Ideally laser cut or waterjet cut although I suppose it could be done on a machining centre. The specs of the material are: Mild Steel (Grade unimportant) 1.5mm Thick, tolerances +/- 0.25mm Please provide quotes for quantities: 1 Piece, 5 Pieces, 10 Pieces, 50 Pieces, 100 Pieces and 1000 Pieces. This is basically a job that has come in to our shop that for me is going to be more aggravation than its worth, mainly as we don't really do any sheet metal work - its pretty much all machined billet.
