I need 50 of these brackets plasma burned out, I have attached the file as a dxf. I am not worried about the tolerances if you can hold .100" that is fine and the parts do not need to be debured or cleaned up. Please quote including material and not including material. These need to be burned out of 3/8" standard A-36 steel nothing fancy. Feel free to email me at tylergledhill@hotmail.com In the past I have burned these out at 100amps at 80ipm. Not including the lead in the outside parameter is 21.695" giving a cutout time of around 18 seconds per part. This seemed to produce a very good part but whatever you normally run 3/8” at is fine. I have been working on getting my own table going but haven’t had time thanks. |
