RFQ: Beadlock Rim & Rings Radio Control Truck (Crawler)

I am looking for a quote for the following RC Truck beadlock rim. I have a complete one that can be used for exact measurements and will mail that to the machinist.

These are 6061 Aluminum and or Delrin beadlock rims.

Please send all quotes to sales@drasticsports.com

See pics for specifications.

Depending upon price I am looking at quantities of 200 to 500, maybe more. 1 unit consists of 1 beadlock rim and 2 rings.

Here is the complete rim, rings (2) with tire so you can see what the finished product looks like.

Rings for the Beadlock Rim

Here are the specs for the ring that goes with the rim. Notice there are two rings for each rim. Notice the groove cut to the back of the ring to help hold the bead of the tire.

I have also enclosed a pic of the bolt that will be used to hold the ring to the rim. I will be getting my own bolts so that is NOT part of the quote.

The bolt is as follows:

M3-0.5 x 12mm Cl 10.9 ISO 7380 Pln Button Head Socket Screw

I don't need them right away, but prob within the next 30 days.

I sent you a PM.

Please use sales@drasticsports.com for all correspondence. It is much easier for me to keep it organized in Microsoft Outlook.
