Wrench machining

I used to cut the following wrenches on a IH mill. The wrenches are for holding the spline of the spindle while tightening the drawbar. Several factors have forced me to sell the mill (wife returning to school, we're moving, blah, blah, blah) but people continue to contact me interested in the product. I have not seen another product like it in retail. There is another person selling them on eBay but those are not so pretty (search "Spindle Wrench" on eBay - e.g. items 180150092352 vs. 280143797023).

The small hole near the head was only for fixturing and is not required. The large hole at the end is for hanging so the exact size is unimportant. I'm curious what you would charge to cut 100 with and without the lettering. I wondered if waterjet might be suitable for this. Cutting on my IH mill took roughtly 45mins for four with most of the time spent cutting the teeth and letters using an 1/8" endmill.

Alternatively, if someone is interested in just making them and selling them on their own using these plans I don't care. I did not make anything off the wrenches but enjoyed helping others and hearing their feedback. Someone should continue to make these available.

Thank you

That should be a perfect job for a waterjet.

Thanks to everyone who responded. The job has been completed in top-notch fashion by R-D Tech. Service was fast, reasonably priced, and very accurate.
