Anyone interested in doing some deep hole drilling in material not to exceed 14" in length, materials will vary, smallest hole diameter is .250" single, concentric hole per part. materials are 6061 T-6 aluminum, 4140 steel, and 6AL-4V titanium. There are actually manufacturers that have solid carbide deep hoole drills that work fantastic--Up to 30x dia in most cases also. Give me some more info as I have contacts that can do this work. silverfoxx03@hotmail.com |
