RFQ: Diving helmet, aluminum, bronze or delrin:JOB FILLED

Hello,

I do not have the capabilities to make drawings of this helmet that I need fabricated. I can email pictures of the plug I have made.

I thought I would check out the possibilty of having these shells cut out by CNC before I commited to having a fiberglass mold made for fiberglass production.

The helmet measures app. 12"x 12" x 12"
and it needs to be hollowed out, The inside of the lower front area does not need to conform to the exterior shape but can just be flat. The thickness of the shell can be 1/8" except the front face plate and mouth/nose areas, these need to be 1/4" thick.
These helmets will be used in an underwater marine environment. If you are able to quote me a reasonable price I will send you the helmet plug and any required down payment.

Please quote me on the following seperately for each material:

1 set of cad drawings
5, 10 & 15 shells cut out of black Delrin
5, 10 & 15 shells cut out of marine grade Aluminum
5, 10 & 15 shells cut out of Bronze

WOLOG, he stated he doesn't have Drawings, he is asking for quote for Drawings and manufacturing cost But a nice picture would do fine for visuals in my case!
