Attached is a DWG for a Wire EDM job. The Material is 4140 and can be cut to dimension required to wire cut. Thanks, Jim

What are your max inside corner radii? What are your tolerances?

+.002. As far as the radii are concered, they aren't that critical. I think a .006" radius will work. Jim

The trouble with radii is that under .007 requires either more passes or smaller wire diameter. These would raise the price.

Probably not an issue. I think .007 will be fine.
