The demand is for a specialist oil industry experience fitter machinist, so MUST have this sector experience. Skills and experience: • A trade certificate with min 5 yrs + exp. • Have experience on large CNC lathes. • Ability to work from engineering drawing in metric and imperial. • Sound working knowledge of all engineering facets within a machine shop. • Well developed communication and interpersonal skills. • The ability to machine and repair A.P.I threads and premium casing connections. • A sound working knowledge in the manufacture of oil field equipment particularly B.H.A • CNC programming experience. The candidate will be working on a Dianichi machine with Sanuc CNC Controller. The position is full time & based in Australia.  |
