    RFQ - Aluminum "Stepped" Doughnuts.

Looking to have some pieces made from aluminum.

Attached are a few simply 2-d renderings in DXF format. I am in need of 14 of the "Body2" doughnuts, and 2 "Core1" doughnuts.

They really are not structural parts, so there is no need for high dollar 7075 or anything. I would like to use the "lowest-cost" aluminum. Finish would be a raw finish.

You can PM me or email me.

    edit: Units are in Inches...

    Thanks,
    Todd

I assume the units are in inches? What sort of tolerances are you looking for? Is the radius on the one step on each part required?

Yes, they're inches, I added it to the main post.

The tolerances can be fairly loose. +/- 0.05" would be good. The radius on the "Body2" parts is not required, it would be nice, but I can live without it.

+/-0.05" as in "Plus OR Minus fifty thousandths?"

what is your email i want to email you a quote. also if these are for suspension you probably don't want the lowest cost aluminum. i would at least get 6061 its pretty common and fairly inexpensive.

Will this be repeat work? OR a one time deal?
