    aluminum project

    it is .075 6061 aluminum sheet will need 5 holes drilled and 5 that say powered by mitsubishi and 5 that say powered by 4g63T I will send the mating part so that fitment will not be a problem.also qoute with polishing and without.dimensions a 15" x 5" tolerance is as long as it fits mating part with no alignment issues. If this goes well have alot of other projects.

    Do you have a .dxf / solidworks file to share? (( we use mastercam8 and bobCAD.CAM 21.5.2 ))
    What are the hole locations and Øs?
    How many do you need?

    no dxf needed I will send mating part it is not a difficult part.just don't have a machine to do it. go on ebay and look up a dsm spark plug cover for a visual.I will need 10 to start.
