| Twin lead Screws I am looking for someone with a good CNC lathe or CNC Grinder to manufacture some very high precision twin-lead screws. The overall length of the screws would be 3 - 6", with one half being right handed and the other left handed. The screw diameters range from 0.25" - 0.375". Pitches range from 20TPI - 40 TPI. I would also need very accurate matching left and right hand bronze nuts. Material must be stainless steel for the screw, and bronze for the nuts. If anyone is interested, please let me know what screw lead accuracy you are capable of, and a rough estimate for a 1/4-20 symmetrical twin lead screw prototype, 4" total length. Thanks, Joe |
