I need a total of 6 pieces using 6061-T6. The flat pieces are 1/4" thick. The rings are 35mm thick. They will have 80mm OD bearings inserted so the bore must be a fairly high tolerance (not press fit but snug). I have never worked with DXF files before, so please let me know if there is additional data needed. You supply the stock. Thanks in advance. Lee |

| The parts were designed using eMachineShop. I can only export the DXF format I posted. What dimensions do you need? Hole sizes, distance between holes, etc? I have attached files with the dimensions drawn in. The distance between the four center mounting holes is not extremely critical; just as long as the holes in all the pieces line up. | Hi, I'm guessing the quote from emachineshop was high. You could try http://www.bigbluesaw.com, they're cheaper for plate work. Also the rings do they really need to be 35mm thick or could you have two thinner rings with spacers or multiple rings stacked? |

| I would split it up the rings and then submit it to bbs, let us know if it makes a difference, for instance I just had 3 plates done .25" in 6060, 2 6"x3" and 1 2"x7" all with various holes and rounded corners, came out about 25 bucks per plate. Multiple parts of thinner material should be cheaper. |
