    Need CNC Router work?

I've been planning to build a cnc for some time now. But I haven't had a chance to even start.

Right now, I am trying to find someone to do some cnc work from wood.

Its nothing huge, just a few one offs from wood. You will need to be able to design this also, it's fairly basic. Dimensions are 34" x 10" x 3" (Z axis)

If you are interested please email me at fuenteopusx at hotmail dot com

Admin, I wasn't sure where this goes, please place in the correct spot if this doesn't work, thanks.

    Thanks!

    Hey
    Kind of interesting.
What is your specific skill? I mean mechanical or electrical.
If you to start you project, you have to know them.
Actually I finished the electrical control part and still waiting for a body of CNC to be done. I was planning to build a CNC frame from wood too but I can't.
Anyway, I can help you on electrical part but I will need your help on making frame from wood.
Call me Max, Catch you later.

    Question

Do you have any more details ? What type of cnc work from wood ? What type of wood? Is this a 2D, 2.5D, or 3D job ? What type of tolerances ?

With these questions I could tell if my new machine will be able to do something for you, and then e-mail you for more details....or not...
    Thanks.

    Hey Max,

Sorry for the confusion, I am looking for someone to make a prototype from wood.

thkoutsidthebox, The tolerances aren't terribly important, any machine should be able to keep within them. The material can be MDF or the like. shoot me off an email for more details.

    Thanks
