Question RFQ: MDF Cutting, Australia (all welcome)

Looking to get some speaker cabinets cut, but I'm a bit new all all this, and i'm not sure if I need CNC Routing, laser cutting etc.

Cabinets will be 18mm & 25mm MDF, you can view the details here:

http://www.geocities.com/diyproac25/...se2_5Model.pdf

For one set of speakers I will need 2 of everything on the page (if it says x 2, I will need 4, and so on)

If anyone can steer me in the right direction regarding which process, how much it should cost etc, it would be most appreciated. I presume the initial setup would be costly, getting the computer files made & all that, but after that it would just be a matter of reloading the data & getting more cut?

It would also help if the suppliers were also able to supply the MDF, but not essential.

I am located in Melbourne, Australia, but anywhere in Australia would probably be ok. Rough pricing will be fine, at the moment i just need ballpark figures to see if this will be viable.

Sorry about the lack of technical detail, & thanks in advance for any help/advice you can give the noobie!

Forgot to mention: the front baffle needs to be mirrored, ie, the 98mm hole needs to be to the outside of each cabinet.

Any recomendations? Does the water affect the wood at all?

Thanks for your input!

GREAT!
BTW... no as long as you don't leave it in the machine after cutting.
