Here is a part I need made from Acrylic or Polycarbonate, Just one problem.........it has to be optically clear when viewed from the threaded side to the 7 degree tapered side, so its either vapor polished polycarb or flame polished Acrylic (Note the tolerances if flame polishing) All I need right now is just 1 (one) part, the drawing is in metric and ISO 2768-M tolerances apply. See attached pdf files for part and tolerances. This is a prototype pump flange so we can film the formation of micro bubbles (if present) while the pump is running. We can machine the part in house but its the polishing we have no experience at so we want to sub out the job complete Last edited by dvsmac; 04-09-2007 at 05:07 PM. Reason: added files |
