    Northwest CNC service needed

    Hello,
I'm looking for a CNC service for routing/milling electric guitar archtop bodies. I will be returning to the Northwest in about a month with CAD drawings and tested code. I live in the North Seattle area. Ken

    Hi,
I don't know if I can do you any good. I live in South Carolina. But, I would like to look at your drawings and code. I have a CNC router with 27x44 capacity and would love to do some type of paying work on it. Let me know if I can do you any good.
    Thanks

Ken, I'm in Portland. I have had a small CNC for years, just bought a larger one. You can see samples of some of what I do on my site, www.cncworks.biz.

BridgeCity: There's a period in your link that needs to be removed for it to work

I also have a need for CNC work- I'm in Spokane.

I need some 3/8" acrylic sheets (4'x8') carved up in to parts for fish tank filters. Mostly it is disks that are 4" to 12" in dia., and have through key-holes, as well as O-ring grooves.

See www.barraquatic.com under skimmers for pictures.

I can provide drawings in AutoCAD format of all parts, and will provide the material as well. You provide the G-code creation, test parts for approval, then a production order of 10-50 pieces each.

Please PM or email me if you feel you can help.

    Thanks-

    Zeph

I have machine time available on 2 CNC routers with 5'*8' & 7'*14' table capacities. Also I have a Vertical machine center coming online soon. Although I'm located in the northeast, shipping can be arranged. Please contact CNC Productions at: cncproductions@frontiernet.net
