hey guys, looking for a manual and cnc machinist in the detroit metro area. this is for a start up shop with lots of potential. also part time work might be arranged if you want to do some extra work after hours. i really am looking for a full time guy, that is bored with what they are doing and is a go getter. want someone who can grow with the business. wages are negotiable based on experience and any jobs brought in from your end will mean a percentage bonus for you from the profit of the job.

This would have been of intrest about 6 month ago, but know I have moved out of the area (Iowa) and don't plan on moving back to Michigan in the near futher. Question how many year have you been on your own with this start up shop? Is this some thing you just started or have been doing for awhile and know your take it to the next level, Also do you have short run job to keep the other maching running while your manual machine are doing one offs.
