RFQ: Alum. CNC Mill/Lathe parts Canada please.

I have two requests, one normal, one kinda odd...

1) One is a small (<2" 'dia', <1" long) hex alum bar, with one inside, one outside thread, centre bored to no precision... it is an adapter for a thread-on bicycle freewheel hub, can provide drawing if interested. I would like to use a really old school really nice hub on a single speed bicycle project. thus the part cant cost to much or it will more cost effective to buy a new hub.

2) i am an engineering student have a term project that includes a manuf. study. It is aluminum plate with some holes drilled and tapped with 2-2D bores in on side and 2-3D surface pockets on the reverse side with a shaped profile ~7x7x1" aluminum. This is something that i would like to produce, but it will not be for some time. I guess i am looking for a favor and a budgetary quotation to help me complete my paper. I would be looking for a budgetary quote for 10, 25, 50 pcs. again drawing or image can be provided if interested.

Could you send me a drawing of both parts. Where in Canada are you located? I'm in Mississauga.

What threads do you need for the hub, English, Italian? What kind of hub do you have now? What bike is it going on?
